Welcome to O4A2.com, Tonga's online shopping platform that allows family and friends living overseas to purchase goods and services for loved ones in Tonga.
Please read our Shipping & Pickup Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Local Pickup Only
O4A2 does not offer home delivery or international shipping.
All orders are available for pickup at the specific store, restaurant, service provider, or vendor selected during checkout. The pickup location is clearly displayed on each product or service listing. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct pickup location before completing their purchase.
Pickup Hours
Pickup times vary depending on the operating hours of the selected vendor. Customers should refer to the vendor's business hours before arranging collection.
2. Order Placement
Eligibility
Orders may be placed from anywhere in the world; however, all pickups must occur within Tonga.
Order Confirmation
Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing:

Order details
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, your order is ready for pickup immediately upon receiving your Order Confirmation Email.
3. Designating a Pickup Person
During checkout, customers must provide the name of the individual who will collect the order in Tonga.
Collection Requirements
The designated pickup person must present:

A valid government-issued photo ID

The Order Number (PO Number)
Failure to provide these details may result in delays or refusal of collection.
4. Pickup Timeframe
Standard Orders
Most products and services are available for pickup immediately after the Order Confirmation Email has been received.
Special Processing Orders
Certain services may require additional processing time, including but not limited to:

Power Bill Payments

Special Orders
Where additional processing time is required, the timeframe will be clearly displayed on the product or service page.
Holding Period
Orders must be collected within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Orders not collected within this period may:

Be cancelled;

Be subject to restocking fees;

Become non-refundable depending on the vendor's policy.
5. No International Shipping
O4A2 currently operates as a pickup service within Tonga only.
We do not ship products internationally or to addresses outside Tonga.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Customers may request changes or cancellations before the order has been processed or collected.
Once an order has been fulfilled, redeemed, prepared, or collected, cancellations and refunds may no longer be available.
To request a change or cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Approval of cancellation requests is at the discretion of O4A2 and the respective vendor.
