What currencies do you accept?
All prices on our Website are listed in our base currency which is New Zealand Dollars [NZD]. You can pay in any other currency as well but please note that your Bank will charge a small fee to convert your currency to NZD. For more information on the fee that is charged, please contact your Bank
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order online by Credit/Debit card. Its simple, convenient, secure and easy!
When can my kāinga pick up their order in Tonga?
As long as there has not been an issue with your payment, your order is processed automatically by our system and sent directly to the company and branch you have ordered from e.g. Jilong, EM Jones or Hot Pizza. Once the order is received by the Vendor, your family can uplift at any time during working hours
What does my kāinga need to provide when they pick up their orders?
They must provide the Shop with the correct order number that begins with T, example T-12345. They must also provide a Valid ID that matches the name you left on the Receiver section when you placed your order. If you need to change the Receiver for your order or need help finding your order number, please contact us
What are your Opening Hours for orders?
Our website is always available for placing orders. However, our order processing and support hours are as follows: Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, and Saturday from 8am to 12pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
